Employment Terms

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply to or work with this agency.

The following is Agency policy for working with us, and failure to adhere may result in termination of your representation with the Agency.

We act as your agent for getting you work. We are not your employer, and any agreement for payment of your time/service is between you and the client. Our role is to source clients, manage bookings, as well as collect payments on your behalf.

You agree that the Agency is entitled to an agreed percentage commission on all work you do with a client that the agency has introduced to you, of all monies paid by the client.

Clients remain the exclusive proprietary assets of the Agency.

We spend a good deal on marketing to attract good clients to the agency. As such, these clients remain our clients exclusively at all times and you agree not to have any contact with our clients other than through the Agency.

Accordingly, you agree that you will NOT:

Exchange any personal contact details with clients or other girls from the Agency.

Have any contact with clients without the express permission of the Agency.

Charge clients for extras without the knowledge or permission of the Agency.

Disclose the names of clients, other staff, management or the address of the office to anyone outside of the Agency.

Work either privately or for another agency while with the Agency.

Have any contact with our clients after leaving the Agency.

SHIFTS:

We plan rosters to maximise jobs for girls and to ensure we have enough girls available each night. This means that if you cancel on the night it usually leaves us short of girls and we miss out on jobs.

Accordingly, once you have given your roster, at least 24hrs notice is required to cancel a shift. Should you cancel regularly we may decide to not accept rosters from you and only have you as a back-up.

If you are rostered on-call waiting from home during agreed times and fail to answer your phone when we have a booking you we may require you compensate us for the loss.

 Accordingly, please only agree to be on-call from home if you are intending to be available.  If there is a chance you may fall asleep please keep your phone near you and ringer turned on. We lose money and clients when we make a booking then have to call the customer back to advise you are not contactable.

CREDIT CARDS:

Please ensure you are clear on following instructions given from the Agency when dealing with card payments. You may not be paid for jobs if as a result of failure to charge the client's card correctly.  Signed credit card slips or the cc machine needs to be returned to the office prior to funds being released
